I still don't have a lot of maths games in my middle primary classroom, as they take a fair bit of time and effort to create, laminate and organise, but I have taken to setting up puzzles. I really like the ones from nrich.maths.org, especially the ones that come with a poster version. Here are links to some favourites.
I also found an interesting site with "number crosswords" - although some of the calculations provided in these puzzles can be a bit repetitive, I do like the idea.
